Atlanta Jewelry Show Announces Fall Hybrid Event

Recognizing that unprecedented times create new opportunities, the Atlanta Jewelry Show announces it is expanding its typical show with the introduction of a new show model, called a hybrid event, that combines both in-person and virtual marketplaces. In order to facilitate a safe event for all stakeholders, the in-person event will be held on October 24-25, 2020 at the Cobb Galleria Centre, while the virtual marketplace will simultaneously be available online. Additionally, the freshly rebranded and newly launched AJS ConnectED Education Conference will be held on Friday, October 23.

“We’re excited to bring this new format to our attendees and leverage the introduction of a virtual component to provide a productive and unique industry event,” said Libby Brown, Executive Director of the Atlanta Jewelry Show. “We’d love to see you at the event, so we’re implementing a number of measures in order to reduce contact and ensure distance. However, we understand there are a several factors that may prevent you from joining us in person. Your health and safety is absolutely paramount, which has sparked a renewed commitment to not only providing attendees a successful event, but also a safe place to connect and move our industry forward.”

Following the guidance of federal and local health professionals, show management has worked diligently with our event partners to assess each layer of its event to ensure that the space most importantly fosters the safest environment possible for attendees to do business. The AJS “Safety Shines” initiative includes several measures in a multi-tier approach that will ensure the delivery of a safe and comfortable experience.

“We appreciate the creative thinking of the Atlanta Jewelry Show to keep this important industry event going. This show is always an excellent place to connect buyers and sellers, and discuss opportunities moving forward,” said retailer Bill Warren, owner of Gold Mine Fine Jewelry & Gifts. “We look forward to seeing our vendor partners and friends.”

Registration for October 2020 AJS is open now.

The Atlanta Jewelry Show hybrid experience will take place October 24-25, 2020 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. For further information on the show and the AJS Safety Shines initiative, please visit www.atlantajewelryshow.com..
