In the wake of its listing on the AIM Italia [Italian Stock Exchange] in December 2019 and investor announcement to further develop its global footprint, Gismondi 1754 recently closed agreements for new retailers and distribution and announces a prestigious partnership agreement with the Alfardan group, one of the most important luxury players in Qatar. Continuing its plan of foreign market penetration and growth.
Gismondi 1754 the historic Genoa-based company that produces high-end jewels, continues its presence at the DJWE international stage where they are showing Essenza, Prato Fiorito, Cascata, DolceVita and one-of-a-kind High Jewelry creations.
Their first collaboration is attendance at "DJWE-Doha Jewelry Watches exhibition", the most important exhibition dedicated to the world of jewelry and watchmaking, in Doha through February 29, 2020.
The engagement with Alfardan in Qatar provides the introduction of Gismondi 1754 in the local markets in GCC and is expected to extend to their entire commercial network of the Alfardan Group. Leaders in the market since its establishment 1952, founder Ibrahim Alfardan, a major pearl dealer in Qatar was also appointed a supplier of jewelry for the Royal House before establishing a multi-national commercial network for luxury watches and high jewelry.

After their IPO in December 2019, Gismondi 1754 attended their first VicenzaOro in January 2020. Which was also met with great success for the brand. Overall, the Vicenza fair resulted in agreements with 7 new dealers in Montecarlo, Dubai (3), Bucharest, Tirana and Manama Bahrain; as well as expanding their positioning nationally in all top Neiman Marcus doors.
