Walters & Hogsett Jewelers Celebrates Grand Reopening

Walters & Hogsett Jewelers completed a large-scale rebranding and complete renovation to their current location in Boulder, Colorado and celebrated with a Grand Reopening event Friday, November 17, 2017, with over 300 guests in attendance. The renovation took over 4 months to complete. The store remained open during renovation.

Icon Architecture & Fabrication from Kansas City, Missouri designed both the interior along with the new showcases, which reflect different textures and colors indicative of the Boulder area, in a Colorado Casual style. The store also increased their size from 2500 to 3400 square feet. In addition to the new interior style, Walters & Hogsett completely rebranded including logo, brand colors, packaging and updated their website experience with the help of local company Cultivator Advertising and jewelry marketing specialists Fruchtman Marketing.

The interior changes include:
• Larger repair area
• Custom design studio (Studio W&H)
• Private buying room, bar stool seating, front loading cases
• New social area to serve champagne and beverages
• New Rolex Boutique along with John Hardy and Hearts On Fire dedicated shops

Exterior changes include a unique entryway unlike any other of the retail establishments in their plaza. “Our business has grown exponentially over the last four years and we feel fortunate it has in this changing retail environment. Our customers are sophisticated and seeking more – and, now we are able to meet those expectations. Our internal team is second to none. We knew we needed to grow our footprint to meet demand and drive our future,” stated Mark Vieregg, Partner and Owner.

With the expansion, Walters & Hogsett added to their list of exceptional designers. New designers include Jude Frances, Roberto Coin, Mémoire, Lauren K and Ron Hami. Current designers Hearts On Fire, Lika Behar, John Hardy, Sethi Couture, Marco Bicego, and Rolex have also expanded their collections at the store.

“It’s an exciting time for us and we knew as a company we needed to seize the opportunity to improve our fashion jewelry choices our customers demand and our overall brand position in the marketplace,” stated Don Janson, Partner and Owner. “We couldn’t have done it without exceptional industry partners and phenomenal customers,” Janson added.
